Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake 450 hours of structured hospitality and gastronomy training over 14 weeks combining theoretical and practical components
- Complete 10 weeks of formal education at Lycée Hôtelier de Bazeilles (Ardennes) covering luxury service fundamentals and oenological principles
- Participate in 4 weeks of immersive workplace experience within one of three prestigious Champagne houses in Reims or Épernay
- Master the art of reception, emotional connection, and memorable guest experience creation aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Develop advanced sommelier and oenological competencies spanning vine-to-glass knowledge
- Cultivate professional poise, verbal and non-verbal communication, and brand embodiment consistent with Champagne house identity
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma (BTS BAC+2 in hospitality and food service) or equivalent practical experience in the hospitality sector
- Demonstrated passion for luxury hospitality, oenology, and the Champagne industry
- Professional commitment to embodying brand values and delivering excellence in guest-facing environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in French and English
