Ruinart is seeking a Heritage Intern to support its heritage department with archival development, heritage strategy, institutional partnerships and artistic interpretation projects, including preparation for the Maison’s 300th anniversary. The full-time, on-site internship in Reims begins in March 2027 and lasts six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Continue developing the archives through collection, indexing, preservation, digitization and communication.
- Assist in creating a shared digital database of heritage archives across Moët Hennessy Maisons.
- Work closely with the Heritage Manager to develop a heritage strategy for the Maison’s 300th anniversary and identify and shape a narrative in collaboration with the heritage departments of Champagne Maisons and institutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships and loans with heritage institutions, including the Mobilier National in Paris and the Musée d’Epernay.
- Enhance the Maison’s heritage through artistic projects.
- Develop a physical timeline with the Heritage Manager.
- Work with the Marketing department to implement a display-case project at LVMH Group headquarters.
- Propose and produce interpretive materials for Hospitality experiences, including the creation of a family tree.
- Explore immersive tools to support a contemporary approach to the Maison’s heritage.
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as a degree in Archives and Information Professions or a master’s in Cultural Heritage History and Management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Interested in design, imagery and art.
- Sensitive to the wines and spirits sector.
