Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare dining rooms, table settings, and service spaces according to luxury hospitality protocols, ensuring immaculate presentation of glassware, silverware, and table appointments
- Execute precise beverage service and plating across all guest-facing areas whilst maintaining quality standards for champagne selection and wine service
- Deliver comprehensive champagne tasting commentaries and food–wine pairings in both French and English
- Advise guests on wine and culinary selections, process orders via dedicated systems, and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service, including baggage handling and guest experience optimization
- Serve as ambassador for the champagne houses, sharing brand heritage narratives and curating memorable experiences that reinforce the luxury positioning
- Participate in cellar reception and stock management, including bottle inventory, monthly and annual stocktaking, and data entry into inventory systems
- Support reception event logistics and operational requirements under supervisor direction
Qualifications
- Diploma in hospitality and restaurant management (BTS or equivalent post-secondary qualification) or significant sector experience
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Passion for luxury, hospitality, and champagne culture
- Demonstrated commitment to developing professional excellence and guest-centric service

Experience
Beginner level; recent graduates or career changers welcomed. No prior hospitality experience required for applicants with relevant post-secondary qualification; otherwise, significant sector experience preferred.
Education
Diploma in hospitality and restaurant management (BTS or equivalent post-secondary qualification), or equivalent professional experience in food and beverage service.
