Ruinart internship in Paris: Communications and Press Relations support role, 6 months, January 2027. Marketing communications experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily press requests for France, including visual assets, press insertions, shopping features, and photoshoots
- Assist with organizing French press events, including press trips to Reims, artistic collaborations, and cuvée launches
- Manage team operations including wine inventory tracking, point-of-sale materials, and logistics
- Monitor and manage press budget including quotes, purchase orders, and expenditure tracking
- Analyze French and international press coverage through media monitoring, press reviews, and monthly reporting
- Create comprehensive press summaries and activity reports for distribution to senior management
- Update and maintain the French and international press sections on ruinart.com
- Participate in drafting and distributing press newsletters and press releases
- Contribute to internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and internal magazine content
- Maintain and update journalist and VIP databases
- Track editorial planning schedules
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master's degree program (4th or 5th year) in business or communications from an accredited institution
- Prior significant internship experience in marketing or communications
- Demonstrated knowledge of the French media landscape
- Strong written communication skills in French
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Proactive, autonomous, and responsibility-oriented mindset
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking with aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury branding
