Ruinart — Communications & Press Relations Intern (6-month full-time internship) in Paris 7th, starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and respond to daily press requests for France (press insertions, imagery, product shoppings, photography requests).
  • Support organisation of press events in France (press trips to Reims, artist collaborations, cuvée launches) including logistical coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations: monitor wine and POSM stocks, arrange deliveries and portages.
  • Assist with press budget follow-up: obtain quotes, prepare purchase orders and track invoices.
  • Monitor and analyse press coverage France and international markets (media clipping, compilation and monthly analysis of results).
  • Prepare press reports and executive summaries for distribution to senior management (press reviews, activity syntheses and market analyses).
  • Maintain and update the press area on ruinart.com for France and international markets.
  • Contribute to preparation and distribution of press newsletters and press releases.
  • Support creation and dissemination of internal communications materials (newsletters, announcements, internal magazine).
  • Update and maintain journalist and VIP contact databases and follow editorial calendars.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Master-level studies (M1/M2) at a business school with a communications specialty, an equivalent university programme, or a dedicated communications school.
  • At least one significant prior internship in marketing or communications.
  • Strong written communication skills and good command of English (read, spoken and written).
  • Highly organised, proactive, autonomous and responsible with strong team spirit and interpersonal ease.
  • Creative sensibility, aesthetic awareness and a pronounced appreciation for luxury brand image.

Experience

Entry-level internship candidate; at least one prior internship in marketing or communications is expected. Comfortable supporting international press activity and producing analytical press reports.
