Role & Responsibilities

  • Manages sommellerie stations across salons, cellars, gardens, Grand Hall, and terraces, including organization of glassware, maintenance of service accessories, and cleanliness of service areas
  • Prepares and clears tables, deploys glassware and waters for guests, and stores materials
  • Provides direct support to sommeliers, brand ambassadors, and sales advisors in service and hospitality missions
  • Ensures liaison between service areas and guest tables during service operations
  • Maintains tasting activity records and documentation
  • Coordinates wine replenishment with sommeliers and administrative responsibilities in boutiques
  • Occasionally performs order taking and point-of-sale transactions as required

Qualifications

  • Holder of a hospitality and restaurant management diploma (BTS level or equivalent post-secondary qualification)
  • Significant professional experience in the hospitality or food-service sector
  • Passion for luxury hospitality, champagne, and the art of exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Commitment to representing the values, history, and DNA of the Champagne Houses
