Role & Responsibilities
- Manages sommellerie stations across salons, cellars, gardens, Grand Hall, and terraces, including organization of glassware, maintenance of service accessories, and cleanliness of service areas
- Prepares and clears tables, deploys glassware and waters for guests, and stores materials
- Provides direct support to sommeliers, brand ambassadors, and sales advisors in service and hospitality missions
- Ensures liaison between service areas and guest tables during service operations
- Maintains tasting activity records and documentation
- Coordinates wine replenishment with sommeliers and administrative responsibilities in boutiques
- Occasionally performs order taking and point-of-sale transactions as required
Qualifications
- Holder of a hospitality and restaurant management diploma (BTS level or equivalent post-secondary qualification)
- Significant professional experience in the hospitality or food-service sector
- Passion for luxury hospitality, champagne, and the art of exceptional service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Commitment to representing the values, history, and DNA of the Champagne Houses
