Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clientele autonomously within the bar setting, ensuring exceptional hospitality aligned with luxury brand standards
- Advise guests with personalized recommendations to guarantee complete satisfaction and optimize revenue through consultative selling
- Execute cocktail preparation according to established technical specifications and house standards
- Present, promote, and expertly narrate champagne and wine selections from the maison's portfolio, contextualizing each offering within the heritage and philosophy of the house
- Process orders, serve food and beverages, and manage the accuracy of billing and cash handling
- Set, arrange, maintain, and clear assigned bar sections to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage bar inventory replenishment, stock control, and participation in regular stocktakes across tableware, linens, and F&B supplies
- Uphold and enforce all food hygiene, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards regarding alcohol and tobacco service
- Communicate any abnormal situations, safety concerns, or accident risks to management immediately
- Coordinate assigned personnel and contribute to the execution of internal and external representation events
Qualifications
- Diploma in hotel management and gastronomy (BTS BAC+2) or equivalent hospitality qualification
- Significant professional experience within food service, hospitality, or the luxury sector
- Demonstrated passion for luxury, hospitality, champagne, and the heritage of prestigious maisons
- Professional demeanor reflecting the values, history, and DNA of Champagne Houses
- Fluency in verbal and non-verbal communication
- Proficiency in sommelier fundamentals and oenological knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and coordinate team members

Experience
Beginners welcome; however, candidates should either hold a diploma in hospitality-gastronomy (BTS or equivalent) or possess significant professional experience in food service, hotel operations, or luxury hospitality sectors.
Education
Diploma in hotel management and gastronomy (BTS BAC+2) or equivalent hospitality qualification, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience in the sector.
