Role & Responsibilities
- Validate master samples and perform targeted conformity controls on finished footwear across internal production lines and external supplier networks, including on-site inspections
- Execute production launch verifications and complete approval documentation for initial production runs
- Document all quality control activities through detailed technical reports, identifying and documenting any non-conformities with precision
- Collaborate continuously with internal company stakeholders and technical departments to analyze, discuss, and resolve quality issues identified during inspections
- Conduct on-site audits on domestic and international production facilities to ensure quality standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable quality control role within luxury women's footwear manufacturing
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Willingness to undertake business travel throughout Italy and internationally

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in quality control roles within luxury footwear manufacturing, with demonstrated expertise in finished product inspection, supplier oversight, and production quality assurance.
Education
Technical training or certification in quality management, manufacturing processes, or footwear production is preferred but not explicitly required; formal education in engineering, materials science, or related discipline is advantageous.
