Rossimoda is a partner in a four-month, full-time training programme starting in November 2026, comprising 800 hours: 400 hours of theoretical and technical training with workshops in Capriccio di Vigonza and 400 hours of company placement. Participants train in high-quality footwear production and receive a certificate of attendance and achievement from Politecnico Calzaturiero and an Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH Certificate of Excellence; the programme is offered as an internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and organize work in footwear production.
- Prepare materials and components.
- Mount the upper and lining on the last.
- Attach soles and heels and finish the footwear.
- Carry out preparation, assembly and finishing operations using footwear-industry equipment and machinery.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Italian citizens, citizens of another EU member state, or non-EU citizens with a residence permit or residency are eligible.
- Must be domiciled in the Veneto region.
- Must be unemployed, not working, or never employed.
- Must have completed compulsory schooling.
- Manual dexterity, patience, precision, strong attention to detail and hands-on ability.
