Rossimoda/CELINE seeks Footwear Assembly Operator in Vigonza, Italy. €25k–€28k annually, permanent full-time position specializing in luxury shoe assembly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and glue toe caps to shoe uppers according to production specifications
- Install and attach heel counters to footwear components
- Finish and prepare heel counters for subsequent production stages
- Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Collaborate effectively with production team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury footwear manufacturing
- Prior experience in women's luxury shoe production (both elegant and athletic categories)
