Tudor Manufacture Le Locle seeks a Workshop Manager for fixed-term watch assembly role. SAP and production management expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Control the availability of components required for production and identify shortages or missing items, alerting relevant departments and ensuring stock movement records are updated
- Execute inventory entries and exits in SAP, monitor available stock levels within the workshop, and participate in physical inventory counts
- Respond to workshop requests relating to manufacturing orders (MO), article references, and quantities
- Detect and report discrepancies between computerized and physical inventory, as well as data inconsistencies, to facilitate their resolution
Qualifications
- Technician-level training or equivalent in production management and/or logistics
- Significant industrial experience in a production workshop management function
- Proficiency with information technology tools (MS-Office, SAP, and production tracking software)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, methodical approach with excellent team collaboration abilities
- Available with strong listening and communication skills
