Role & Responsibilities

  • Record, monitor and analyse production KPIs and ensure short-term workshop objectives are met.
  • Adjust the daily organisation of the assembly workshop in response to production variances and unforeseen events.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination with production support services (planning, quality, maintenance, supply).
  • Lead or participate in coordination meetings to align resources and priorities.
  • Manage inventory organisation and ensure accurate stock control for the workshop.
  • Conduct operational analyses and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth service functioning.

Qualifications

  • Post-compulsory secondary qualification (CFC or equivalent) in production management, logistics or a related discipline.
  • Significant industrial experience in a production workshop management role; experience in precision assembly or watchmaking is advantageous.
  • Proven proficiency with MS-Office and SAP, familiarity with ERP systems and production-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Rigorous, methodical and team-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.

Experience

Significant industrial experience managing a production workshop or assembly line, with demonstrated ability to meet production targets, organise resources and coordinate across support functions. Experience in precision manufacturing or horology is a plus.
