Rolex seeks an intern for its Information Systems division to contribute to the optimization of workforce data management. The successful candidate will update and maintain records related to employee roles, assignments, and competencies while assisting with capacity planning and resource allocation tools. The role involves collaborating with management across the organization to ensure data accuracy and support strategic human resources and talent management initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and maintain data relating to employee roles, assignments, and competencies across the organization
- Participate in the enhancement and optimization of workforce management tools and job classification systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of capacity planning forecasts and resource allocation reports
- Engage with middle management to validate data integrity and support workforce and talent management activities
- Assist in building and maintaining data governance frameworks and tools
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or equivalent field
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage data related to IT resources, roles, assignments, and competencies
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools/agents
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with senior management
- Capability to design and utilize data governance tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
