Role & Responsibilities

  • Train apprentices in watchmaking, production assembly, and horological operations to certified standards
  • Develop, monitor, and evolve comprehensive training plans tailored to each apprentice's progression
  • Plan and organize internships and examinations; prepare apprentices for assessments and professional evaluation
  • Provide personalized coaching and implement corrective action protocols when performance gaps are identified
  • Advance pedagogical competencies through ongoing professional development and best-practice adoption
  • Participate actively in the recruitment process for incoming apprentice cohorts
  • Contribute to apprenticeship programme events, public engagement, and employer branding activities

Qualifications

  • Federal apprenticeship diploma (CFC) in watchmaking or equivalent horological qualification

  • Strong technical knowledge of watch overhaul and timing regulation techniques
  • Demonstrated pedagogical aptitude and prior training or mentorship experience
