Rolex seeks a Watchmaking Operator in Fribourg, Switzerland to lead case dressing and assembly operations at its service workshop.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure versatility and cross-functional capability across multiple case dressing and assembly workstations, adapting to operational requirements and production flow
  • Execute precise aesthetic controls and inspections that consistently meet defined quality criteria without compromise
  • Assemble watch cases with meticulous attention to detail, adhering strictly to established standards and quality protocols
  • Perform rigorous self-inspections and quality audits to maintain uncompromising quality standards according to defined specifications

Qualifications

  • AFP watchmaking operator certification or equivalent foundational training or hands-on product experience
  • Proven production assembly or workshop experience
  • Proficiency with production management software systems
  • Exceptional rigour in self-inspection and procedural compliance
  • Strong customer orientation with attentive listening and intellectual openness

Experience
