Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake hands‑on training in the assembly, adjustment and basic servicing of mechanical watch components under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Operate and maintain bench tools and light production equipment used in machining, assembly and testing processes, observing strict cleanliness and handling protocols.
- Perform routine quality-control checks and dimensional inspections using basic measuring instruments (visual inspection, calipers, micrometers) and record results accurately.
- Follow standardized production and assembly procedures, complete training modules required for the AFP vocational certificate and document learning progress.

Qualifications
