Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble the individual components that constitute mechanical watch movements with precision and consistency.
- Execute assigned operations autonomously while adhering to defined quality standards and productivity targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions; perform in-process visual and functional quality checks.
- Specialise according to the chosen AFP pathway (assembly or adjustment/réglage), including fine adjustment and regulation tasks when applicable.
