Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic watch movements with precision
- Perform quality control inspections at various production stages
- Regulate watch mechanisms and install dials and hands
- Execute casing and finishing operations on timepieces
- Conduct maintenance and servicing operations for client-facing work in retail environments
- Perform laboratory analysis and testing as required
- Analyze production processes using statistical and methodological tools
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Correct defects and ensure adherence to quality standards

- Strong aptitude in mathematics, physics, and technical drawing
