Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic watches with precision.
- Conduct quality control at various production stages.
- Correct defects and ensure product excellence.
- Perform movement assembly, adjustment, dial and hand setting, and casing.
- Conduct maintenance work within Rolex's customer service framework.
- Perform routine watch operations in-store or conduct laboratory analyses.
- Analyze production processes using statistical and methodological tools to propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and aptitude in mathematics, physics, and technical drawing.
- Excellent visual acuity and concentration abilities.
- Manual dexterity and practical sense.
- Patience and attention to detail.
- Logical and methodical mindset.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in watchmaking and technical disciplines is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent with strong performance in mathematics and sciences.
