Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic watch movements with precision
- Perform quality control inspections at multiple production stages and identify defects
- Install dials, hands, and cases according to technical specifications
- Conduct adjustment and regulation of watch mechanisms
- Provide after-sales service maintenance and repair work
- Execute laboratory analyses and testing procedures
- Analyze production processes using statistical and methodological tools
- Propose process improvements and solutions to enhance efficiency
