Tudor is recruiting a Production Watchmaking Apprentice for a three-year CFC apprenticeship at its Le Locle manufacture, starting at the beginning of the school year in August 2027. The apprentice will assemble, adjust, inspect and case watch movements, while learning micromechanics and receiving training at Kenissi’s high-precision mechanical movement manufacture on the same production site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Precisely assemble and adjust watch movement components.
- Perform adjustment operations to ensure the proper functioning of mechanisms and watches.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks, verify that watches meet established standards, and correct any defects.
- Learn micromechanics to manufacture some of their own tools.
- Case the movement after fitting the dial and hands.
- Inspect and adjust these operations to ensure quality and compliance with the brand's criteria.
