Rolex SA offers a three-year CFC apprenticeship in watch production at Tudor's Le Locle manufacture in Switzerland. Develop horological expertise in precision mechanics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and precisely adjust various components of horological movements
  • Perform calibration operations to ensure proper functioning of mechanisms and timepieces
  • Execute rigorous quality control inspections to verify conformity with established standards and correct defects
  • Learn micromechanics for fabrication of specialized tools
  • House the movement within the case, installing dial and hands
  • Control and adjust all assembly operations to guarantee quality and brand compliance
