Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute finishing operations on watch components — polishing, satin finishing, burnishing/avivage — to achieve the specified aesthetic and surface quality.
  • Work autonomously on assigned pieces while respecting dimensional tolerances, surface specifications and production productivity targets.
  • Inspect finished parts for aesthetic and dimensional conformity and report non-conformities to supervisors.
  • Maintain and care for polishing tools, abrasives and workstations; ensure a clean, safe and orderly atelier.
  • Follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures and quality controls specific to horological finishing.
  • Collaborate with trainers and other production teams to integrate finishing steps within the broader manufacturing flow.

  • Demonstrated interest in metalworking or mechanical craftsmanship.
