Role & Responsibilities
- Execute finishing operations on watch components — polishing, satin finishing, burnishing/avivage — to achieve the specified aesthetic and surface quality.
- Work autonomously on assigned pieces while respecting dimensional tolerances, surface specifications and production productivity targets.
- Inspect finished parts for aesthetic and dimensional conformity and report non-conformities to supervisors.
- Maintain and care for polishing tools, abrasives and workstations; ensure a clean, safe and orderly atelier.
- Follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures and quality controls specific to horological finishing.
- Collaborate with trainers and other production teams to integrate finishing steps within the broader manufacturing flow.
Qualifications
- Strong visual acuity and exceptional manual dexterity.
- Proven capacity for sustained concentration, patience and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in metalworking or mechanical craftsmanship.

Skills
Experience
No prior professional polishing experience is required; candidates should demonstrate manual aptitude and motivation to learn in an apprenticeship environment. Practical experience with hand tools or artisanal crafts is an advantage.

Secondary-school qualification or equivalent; candidates must supply school transcripts/report cards for the past three years as part of the application.
