Rolex seeks motivated apprentices to train as watch mechanism assembly technicians, assembling the intricate components of mechanical watch movements with precision and autonomy. This federally-recognized Swiss vocational apprenticeship (AFP) offers two specialization tracks—assembly or regulation—tailored to individual aptitude and interests, preparing candidates for excellence in one of the world's most demanding horological craftsmanship professions. Candidates will work under the mentorship of experienced trainers within an exceptional work environment at a global leader in luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble individual mechanical components into complete watch movements with precision and consistency
- Execute all assembly operations autonomously while adhering to strict quality and productivity standards
