Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process various watch components post-machining.
- Perform finishing operations such as polishing, satin-finishing, and buffing to achieve the desired aesthetic appearance.
- Specialize in manual operations on unique, high-value, and complex geometry pieces.
- Engage in precision mechanics and aesthetic and dimensional control.
Qualifications
- Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Ability to concentrate and demonstrate patience.
- Interest in mechanics, metalwork, and technical drawing.
- Autonomous working style.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in precision mechanics and manual craftsmanship is essential.
Education
Completion of secondary education with satisfactory academic records.
