Rolex Watch Finishing Apprentice in Geneva – CFC apprenticeship in horological finishing with dual specialization options in CNC or Haute Horlogerie.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive machined watch components and prepare them for finishing operations
- Execute finishing operations including polishing, satin-finishing, and burnishing to achieve final aesthetic specifications
- Operate finishing equipment with precision and attention to quality standards
- Develop expertise in either CNC-based automated processes or traditional fine watchmaking manual techniques
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and consistency across all finished components
- Collaborate with experienced trainers and production teams to optimize finishing quality
Qualifications
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Strong concentration capacity and patience
- Interest in mechanics, metalworking, and technical drawing
- Ability to work independently and follow precise instructions
- Completion of compulsory education; candidates in their final years of secondary school are encouraged to apply
