Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process watch components post-machining.
- Perform finishing operations such as polishing, satin finishing, and brightening to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Engage in precision mechanics and conduct aesthetic and dimensional inspections.
- Specialize in CNC operations for automated processing of large volumes.
Qualifications
- Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Ability to concentrate and demonstrate patience.
- Interest in mechanics, metalwork, and technical drawing.
- Autonomous work ethic and good spatial awareness.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but an interest in mechanics and technology is essential.
Education
Completion of secondary education with a focus on technical subjects is preferred.
