Rolex Tudor is recruiting a Watch Designer to create future collections in Geneva. 3–5 years' experience and proficiency with Adobe, Rhinoceros, and KeyShot required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a driving force in conceptualizing and developing visually compelling designs for new watch models
  • Maintain the legacy and continuity of existing collections whilst respecting the distinctive brand codes and core values of Tudor
  • Account for technical constraints to ensure designs are industrially viable and manufacturable
  • Interpret and respond to the specific requirements of diverse project briefs
  • Produce hand-drawn sketches, computer-aided design renderings, and high-quality 3D imagery

Qualifications

  • Advanced education in watch design from recognized design school (HES, ES, or equivalent institution)
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in watch design, within agencies or luxury watch houses
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Rhinoceros, and KeyShot
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a refined aesthetic sensibility and broad professional versatility
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork

Experience
