Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspection of watch components and finished assemblies using loupes, microscopes and precision measuring instruments.
  • Assemble, adjust and disassemble small mechanical components in accordance with standard operating procedures and technical drawings.
  • Record inspection results, non‑conformities and rework activities accurately in production logs and quality systems.
  • Execute corrective actions and rework under guidance from the quality team to maintain product standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with strict cleanliness, safety and handling protocols for delicate parts.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance and technical teams to escalate defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or apprenticeship in watchmaking (horology), micromechanics or equivalent technical qualification.
