Rolex in Geneva seeks a Visual Merchandiser to design and implement boutique displays and window presentations for its watch collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate Rolex brand and seasonal directives into compelling boutique and window presentations that support product storytelling and commercial objectives.
  • Design, plan and execute store floor sets, visual layouts and window installations in collaboration with regional retail managers and external vendors.
  • Maintain and enforce strict visual standards and merchandising guidelines across assigned boutiques, ensuring consistency of materials, signage and product placement.
  • Manage installation projects end-to-end, including fixture specification, prop fabrication oversight, logistics coordination and on-site supervision.
  • Prepare visual briefs, technical layouts, elevation drawings and installation schedules; manage budgets and timelines for displays and launches.
  • Train boutique staff on visual merchandising principles, product placement and upkeep to sustain standards between major installations.
  • Adapt global visual concepts to local store configurations and market-specific needs while preserving brand integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' professional visual merchandising experience in luxury retail (watches, jewellery, haute horlogerie, or luxury fashion preferred).
  • Demonstrable portfolio of boutique presentations, window displays or retail set designs that show sensitivity to luxury product storytelling.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply strict brand guidelines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating suppliers, managing installation teams and controlling budgets.
  • Ability to travel regionally for store roll-outs and on-site installations.

Experience
