The Visual Communication Deployment Intern coordinates the deployment of visual communication materials across points of sale, including store-opening materials, digital content and multilingual translation projects. The role also maintains internal tools and checks data quality and project requests.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and update visual communication materials for points of sale in the internal tool.
- Coordinate the production and adaptation of materials required for store openings across different markets.
- Contribute to updates of digital content and coordinate multilingual translation projects.
- Check data quality and track requests in project management tools.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, hospitality, retail, project management, or an equivalent field.
- Good command of Excel or similar tools; comfortable using digital tools and databases.
- Organized and rigorous, with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent or professional-level French and English.
- Motivated and curious, comfortable coordinating several topics in parallel, with an interest in deployment and visual merchandising.
