Role & Responsibilities

  • Organise and conduct guided visits across the company's production sites in Geneva and Bienne, ensuring a coherent and high-quality visitor experience.
  • Deliver engaging, expert presentations throughout tours to B2B audiences on watchmaking processes, brand values and company history.
  • Develop and evolve tour narratives, visitor routes and supporting materials in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of the visits programme, including scheduling, security clearances and on-site coordination with workshops.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with workshop teams, authorised retailers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at external and internal events, acting as an ambassador for Rolex's image and communications.
  • Manage transversal projects to enhance the visits offering and capture guest feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum five years' proven experience in a similar role and/or substantial experience in public relations.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages considered an asset.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills, clear diction and confidence speaking to professional B2B audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of, or demonstrable interest in, horology and watchmaking.
  • Highly organised, service-minded and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Diplomatic interpersonal skills, dynamic presence and the ability to analyse and synthesize information.

Experience

Proven minimum of five years in a comparable position or substantial experience in public relations; experience within luxury goods or horology is strongly preferred.
