Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and lead guided visits of Rolex facilities and exhibitions, delivering accurate brand and product narratives adapted to diverse audiences.
- Manage visitor bookings, confirmations and on‑site reception; coordinate schedules to optimise throughput while preserving an exceptional guest experience.
- Serve as the primary host for individual and group visits, ensuring professional presentation, punctuality and impeccable hospitality standards.
- Liaise with security, operations, and internal stakeholders to guarantee visitor safety, confidentiality and adherence to site protocols.

Qualifications
