Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct corporate visits across all production sites in Geneva and Biel.
  • Deliver presentations to a diverse B2B audience on watch manufacturing processes, company values, and history.
  • Develop and lead cross-functional projects to enhance messaging, materials, and visitor experiences.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects related to visitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships between the visitor services and workshops, as well as with internal and external partners.
  • Represent the brand at events.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role or substantial experience in Public Relations.

Skills

Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in another language as an advantage. Strong verbal communication skills with excellent clarity of speech. Knowledge of horology or a strong interest in the field. Hospitality and organizational skills. Interpersonal skills, dynamic and diplomatic. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role or substantial experience in Public Relations is required.

Education

University degree or equivalent.
