Rolex HR training support internship in Bienne, Switzerland. 12-month programme for business school graduates beginning August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate various training sessions and programmes
- Deploy internal training initiatives across the organisation
- Prepare training materials, equipment, and logistical resources required for sessions
- Consolidate and manage training budgets
- Provide administrative support and oversee training material stock management
Qualifications
- Currently in final year of business school with maturity (MPC3+1)
- Available full-time for 12 months from 1 August 2027
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and office tools
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and service skills
- Autonomous and responsible approach to work

Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with HR or training environments is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or having completed a business school degree with maturity (MPC3+1).
