Rolex HR training support internship in Bienne, Switzerland. 12-month programme for business school graduates beginning August 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate various training sessions and programmes
  • Deploy internal training initiatives across the organisation
  • Prepare training materials, equipment, and logistical resources required for sessions
  • Consolidate and manage training budgets
  • Provide administrative support and oversee training material stock management

Qualifications

  • Currently in final year of business school with maturity (MPC3+1)
  • Available full-time for 12 months from 1 August 2027
  • Strong proficiency with computer systems and office tools
