Rolex seeks an intern in Geneva to develop stamping training materials for the Production division. Master's-level candidate in mechanical engineering or industrial management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Immerse in the production environment to structure project objectives and identify key challenges in stamping operations
- Conduct interviews with production teams to assess training needs and priorities
- Develop and recommend tailored pedagogical approaches and training methodologies
- Design and implement comprehensive training materials and documentation using appropriate instructional tools
- Collect and integrate participant feedback to continuously refine and improve training resources
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of process engineering and project management
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated pedagogical aptitude with strong written communication skills
- Curiosity, active listening, interpersonal ease, and adaptability

Currently pursuing Master's-level studies in a related technical discipline with foundational project management exposure.
