Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and define hybrid learning pathway modalities
- Develop and produce digital content adapted to the training programme
- Integrate the learning pathway into the training management tool
- Organize and execute a pilot training session and analyze participant evaluations to assess programme effectiveness
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in adult education or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with computer systems and comfort with emerging digital and multimedia technologies
- Understanding of continuous corporate training principles and practices
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and autonomous work capability
