Rolex seeks a Design Intern in Geneva to create training support materials and design templates for corporate learning initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain template libraries for Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Develop usage guidelines and best practices documentation for design templates
- Design cohesive visual identities and branding systems for training programmes
- Collaborate with Human Resources training teams to adapt visual supports to pedagogical requirements and learning outcomes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme, ideally with specialization in Graphic Design or Visual Communication or equivalent
- Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Comfort with emerging media technologies and digital tools
- Awareness of corporate continuous learning and development practices

Experience
No formal professional experience required; academic projects demonstrating design proficiency are valued.
Education
Currently pursuing or near completion of a Master's degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
