- Design and document integration and training referentials (competency matrices, role profiles, onboarding curricula) for a production workshop.
- Develop modular training programmes and instructional materials (workshops, SOPs, checklists, assessment tools) adapted to shop‑floor tasks and quality standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis through interviews and observation with production supervisors and subject‑matter experts.
- Pilot and deliver hands‑on training sessions on the shop floor, then collect feedback and iterate on content and formats.
- Create assessment and verification mechanisms to validate operator competence and training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with production management, quality and HR to ensure alignment with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Resources (L&D), Occupational Pedagogy or a related discipline.
- Strong written and spoken French; working knowledge of English for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Demonstrable interest in manufacturing environments and practical processes; prior internship or project experience in a workshop or production setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to translate technical tasks into teachable steps.
- Rigorous attention to detail, methodical approach to documentation and an aptitude for structuring learning pathways.
