Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Resources (L&D), Occupational Pedagogy or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and spoken French; working knowledge of English for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrable interest in manufacturing environments and practical processes; prior internship or project experience in a workshop or production setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to translate technical tasks into teachable steps.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, methodical approach to documentation and an aptitude for structuring learning pathways.
