Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new tooling to qualify new products.
- Formalize setup reports for tooling.
- Develop new manufacturing processes.
- Draft usage guides and setup sheets.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Provide technical support to production.
- Ensure best practices and knowledge retention through formalization and training.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Experience in material forming is required.
