Rolex Technical Manager, Product Authentication and Traceability role in Geneva. Lead DevSecOps teams on traceability solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external technical teams in project execution while enforcing DevSecOps best practices and development standards
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives and strategic initiatives
- Ensure solution architecture meets security, availability, and performance requirements
- Drive integration across the broader Information Systems landscape, including MES, ERP, PLM, and dedicated applications
- Manage end-to-end strategic projects from conception through production deployment
Qualifications
- University-level qualification in computer science or equivalent engineering degree (HES or comparable)
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar role, including team leadership and project management
- Strong proficiency in DevSecOps practices and application integration protocols (REST, SOAP)
- Mastery of project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
Skills
Experience
More than 5 years of successful experience in a similar technical management role, including team development, technical project leadership, and cross-functional coordination within IT environments.
Education
University-level qualification in computer science, or equivalent engineering degree (HES or equivalent).
