Rolex is hiring a Technical Coordinator in Geneva to manage maintenance requests and coordinate technical operations across manufacturing divisions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze maintenance requests and provide technical guidance on documentation, reliability enhancement, safety protocols, and equipment modifications for internal clients
  • Execute modifications directly or coordinate with partner suppliers and external vendors for specialized works
  • Design mechanical component plans and CAD models using advanced design tools
  • Provide localized technical support across designated operational sectors within the defined perimeter
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, partners, and maintenance teams
  • Define, monitor, and manage technical budgets with accuracy and timeliness
  • Plan and formalize activity schedules, ensuring transparent documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Higher technical diploma (ES) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor-level engineering degree (HES) with initial training in micromechanics or mechanical engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in CAD design software, specifically CREO
  • Competency in office productivity software and MS Project
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Fluent English language skills at B2 level (preferred)
  • Experience within a maintenance team environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with 3D printing technologies (preferred)

Experience
