Rolex is hiring a Technical Coordinator in Geneva to manage maintenance requests and coordinate technical operations across manufacturing divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze maintenance requests and provide technical guidance on documentation, reliability enhancement, safety protocols, and equipment modifications for internal clients
- Execute modifications directly or coordinate with partner suppliers and external vendors for specialized works
- Design mechanical component plans and CAD models using advanced design tools
- Provide localized technical support across designated operational sectors within the defined perimeter
- Prepare and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, partners, and maintenance teams
- Define, monitor, and manage technical budgets with accuracy and timeliness
- Plan and formalize activity schedules, ensuring transparent documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Higher technical diploma (ES) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor-level engineering degree (HES) with initial training in micromechanics or mechanical engineering
- Advanced proficiency in CAD design software, specifically CREO
- Competency in office productivity software and MS Project
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Fluent English language skills at B2 level (preferred)
- Experience within a maintenance team environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of technical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or operational support environment, preferably within the precision manufacturing or watchmaking sectors.
Education
Higher technical diploma (ES) or equivalent, or Bachelor-level engineering degree (HES) with foundational training in micromechanics or mechanical engineering.
