Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional software engineering team to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade digital platforms that support manufacturing, production and business operations.
- Define and enforce architecture principles, coding standards and CI/CD practices; drive technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across production, quality, supply chain and IT to translate operational requirements into robust technical solutions and system integrations (ERP/MES/IoT).
- Mentor and develop engineers through code review, technical coaching and performance feedback; recruit and retain high-calibre technical talent.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability and security through proactive monitoring, incident management and continuous improvement.
- Oversee delivery of APIs, microservices and data integrations; manage third-party vendors and contribute to procurement and technical evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership experience as a technical lead or senior engineer, with responsibility for delivering complex enterprise projects.
- Strong software architecture background and demonstrable experience with distributed systems, microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating software with manufacturing/industrial systems (ERP, MES, IoT) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in professional English; additional French is advantageous but not specified as mandatory.
