Rolex Team Lead position in Bienne, Switzerland – lead a 35+ person manufacturing team overseeing production quality, safety, and performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 35+ personnel
- Ensure achievement of quality, delivery, cost, productivity and safety objectives
- Define resource requirements and analyse performance indicators
- Establish and manage the group's operational budget
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and corporate standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Drive and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning for the operational scope
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent technical qualification
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary, multicultural team
