Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a cross‑functional supply chain team to deliver operational targets and sustain high standards of quality and confidentiality.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory control and replenishment strategies to optimise stock availability across manufacturing and global distribution channels.
  • Coordinate S&OP processes with production, procurement, product development and commercial functions to align supply with demand and new product introductions.
  • Manage supplier relationships, inbound logistics and procurement partners to ensure timely deliveries, quality compliance and cost control.
  • Define and track key supply chain KPIs (inventory turns, OTIF, forecast accuracy, lead times) and deliver continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures, regulatory requirements and customs/import controls relevant to watch components and finished goods.
  • Prepare operational budgets, capacity plans and scenario analyses; present findings and improvement proposals to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with at least 3 years managing a supply chain or logistics team in a manufacturing or luxury environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, S&OP and supplier management processes.
  • Demonstrable track record implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma) and delivering measurable operational gains.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to interact effectively with production, procurement, commercial and executive teams.
  • Fluency in English and professional proficiency in French strongly preferred; additional languages an advantage.
  • High level of integrity and discretion handling sensitive product and business information.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS/CPIM, CSCP) is advantageous.
