Role & Responsibilities
- Define project scoping elements and contribute to initial project framing for supply chain and production initiatives.
- Drive project execution to ensure deliverables, timelines and objectives are met.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across production and operational functions.
- Manage project reporting and stakeholder communications, ensuring transparent progress updates and issue escalation.
- Identify and propose process and tooling improvements for supply chain management.
- Maintain technological watch and propagate supply chain best practices.
- Provide operational back‑up support to production teams when required.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF/HES) or equivalent with a specialization in logistics, supply chain or production.
- Proven proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and production processes.
- Practical experience with APS solutions; prior use of Kinaxis is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken French; professional working knowledge of English.
- Strong analytical capability, synthesis skills and a propensity to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Client‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous and intellectually curious working style.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive experience in supply chain or production project delivery, including implementation or improvement projects and hands‑on use of an APS (ideally Kinaxis).
Education
Engineering degree (EPF/HES) or equivalent, with orientation in logistics or production.
