Role & Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects related to the Supply Chain.
- Conduct project scoping and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and animate team activities to achieve project milestones.
- Communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure objectives are met and provide support in implementation, documentation, and sustainability of solutions.
- Monitor project advancement through reporting, performance indicators, and risk management.
- Propose improvements to optimize Supply Chain processes and tools.
- Act as a key liaison with all contributors in Supply Chain processes.
Qualifications
- University degree in Logistics, Production, or Engineering (EPF/HES or equivalent).
- Proficiency in project management fundamentals.
- Experience in Planning/Supply Chain domain.
