Role & Responsibilities

  • Audit, consolidate and update existing supply chain reference documentation (SOPs, work instructions, policy notes) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Design and implement a structured documentation taxonomy, naming conventions and version-control processes to improve findability and traceability.
  • Standardise templates and authoring guidelines for cross-functional supply chain content (procurement, planning, logistics, quality, manufacturing).
  • Validate source data and perform documentation quality checks to improve reliability and reduce process risk.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across procurement, production, quality and logistics to gather inputs, resolve discrepancies and align on process ownership.
  • Support the migration or upload of validated documentation into the document management system and set up metadata for governance.
  • Prepare training material and handover notes for users and process owners to ensure sustained adoption of the documentation framework.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and methodical working style, with a strong interest in process standardisation and knowledge management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to collect and validate information.
  • Capable of working autonomously, prioritising tasks and delivering against deadlines in a structured manner.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet analysis and basic data validation techniques; familiarity with document-control concepts.
