Rolex — Geneva: 6-month internship to update, standardise and structure Supply Chain reference documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Map existing supply chain documentation and identify content that is obsolete, missing or redundant.
  • Analyse the impacts of recent process or system changes on reference documents.
  • Update, proofread and ensure the consistency and accuracy of technical documentation.
  • Create, structure and standardise simple, pedagogical training materials in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
  • Coordinate the publication and distribution of updated documents via internal channels.
  • Support teams in adopting updated documentation and define sustainable best practices for document management.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge or coursework in Supply Chain or Industrial/Production processes is desirable.
  • Excellent written communication, synthesis and editorial skills.
  • Strong autonomy, attention to detail and organisational rigour.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with technical referents; proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

Experience

No specific prior professional experience required beyond academic training; previous internships or project work in documentation, process engineering or supply chain are an advantage.

Education

Master’s-level candidate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline.
