Supply Chain Coordinator at Rolex, Geneva. Lead cross-functional projects and SAP initiatives in a dynamic Commercial division role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Key User for SAP systems within the organization's SAP Key User network
- Actively participate in tool migration projects for forecasting, planning, procurement, and sales administration functions
- Contribute to process development, optimization initiatives, and IT solutions implementation
- Identify, pilot, and lead continuous improvement actions aligned with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with forecasting, planning, procurement, and sales administration teams, as well as procurement, finance, and inventory departments
- Champion organizational change management, fostering communication, cross-functional flexibility, and team cohesion
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES-level) with Supply Chain specialization or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and SAP environments
- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes and SAP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical capability and data management competence
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and process optimization
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in dynamic environments
- Strong team leadership and change management capability
- Solution-oriented with initiative and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain management and SAP system environments, with demonstrated expertise in process improvement, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and organizational change initiatives.
Education
